The staff were nice and courteous, everything was brand-new. My room was clean and complete with private bath, fresh towels plus a very confortable bed. The service was friendly, including an efficient check-in.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, it's silent and absolutely great and the location is excellent near the Congress area. The staff were very polite all of the time. The service offered was welcoming!

silent hotel, the idea of having twin room was great. there were central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk in the room, really enjoyed that. plus it was new-fashioned and the bed was extremely comfy. the location of the property was comfortable and magnificent, reasonably close to the cruise terminal. quick bites ribs was located 15 minutes walk away. the service was friendly, totally satisfied.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the airport and the mall. The reception staff at Vila Sena were superb, always smiling and welcoming. They were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out process was efficient, and the hotel staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. For those looking for a comfortable and convenient stay during a layover, we highly recommend Vila Sena.

vila sena was a delightful surprise, exceeding my previous lisbon stay. the room was lovely with thoughtful touches, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast options were better than expected. a perfect valentine's day getaway.

The location of the hotel made me feel uncomfortable, as it was not in a desirable area of town. the room was very basic and lacked amenities, such as a work desk or vending machine for drinks and snacks.
